Boo Boo's Foster Mom Says: "BooBoo is a delightful 10 month old (about 20#) Miniature Australian Shepherd pup with a twist. He is beautiful and deaf. He is a special needs dog that gives 110% all the time. This dog has the absolute best temperament of any dog I have ever met! He doesn't have a cross bone in his little body, loves all dog, all cats, all people, and even likes the cockatiel! He is very willing to learn and pretty much ‘gets it’ the first time you show him. Very bright. He thinks every person that walks thru the door is his new best friend. He can also be very vocal. He tells you when he can’t find you with a quick single bark and when he doesn’t want to be alone with a more persistent bark. He has a bit of separation anxiety that indicates he would do best in a home that does not leave him alone for long periods of time. He would very much enjoy a K9 playmate that will tolerate his exuberant energy and enjoy lots of puppy play. His barking is directly related to lack of access to humans. This guy is dying to bond with someone. Such a love."
